1. Acceptance

By using saastruecost.com ("the site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Content is for reference, not advice

The site publishes SaaS pricing tier breakdowns, cost calculators, and side-by-side comparisons sourced from each vendor's public pricing pages. Pricing changes frequently and individual quotes vary based on negotiation, team size, regional availability, and contract terms.

Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, tax, or procurement advice. Always verify current pricing with the vendor and your own procurement team before purchase.

3. Calculators are estimates

The interactive cost calculators (stack cost, per-user, annual-vs-monthly, head-to-head comparisons) compute estimates based on each vendor's published per-seat pricing. Calculators do NOT include implementation cost, premium support, add-on modules, usage-based overages, annual minimums beyond team size, or negotiated discounts. Real invoices commonly run 1.3–1.6× the calculator output once those are factored in.

4. Intellectual property

Original written content, calculators, and site code are © [Your Company Ltd]. Vendor names, logos, and product names referenced are the property of their respective owners. Use of those marks is editorial (price comparison) and does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

You may share links to specific pages. You may not republish substantial original content without permission.

5. No warranties

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing accurate but do not guarantee it. We are not liable for any decisions made based on information from the site.

6. Advertising

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Maltese courts, except where local consumer protection law grants you rights in your country of residence.
